Christine has lectured on the History of Tango Dance and Music around the world, and people love her talks, which she illustrates musically with an amazing variety of recordings. Christine has captured the essence of her lecture on her CD ROM The Story of Tango Music which includes more than 20 complete tracks by original artists, starting with the earliest Tango recordings and continuing through the Golden Age of Tango in the 1940s and 1950s to the breakthroughs of the avant-guard. It’s certainly worth checking out. Articles to come soon on these pages will examine the difference between Tango Dance Music and other Tango styles, as well as many other subjects.
